Kristin Ljung

Kristin Ljung is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Stryker since April 2014. In this strategic role, Kristin focuses on enabling business growth through effective talent attraction, retention, and engagement strategies within the Customer Solutions and MSNT Group Finance sectors. Previously held positions at Stryker include Senior Human Resources Manager, where Kristin developed talent and engagement strategies, and Associate Manager of Human Resources, overseeing teams in Global Quality and Operations. Kristin's career also includes roles at PNC, where as Branch Manager, Kristin achieved high levels of customer and employee engagement and managed profitability through branch operations. Kristin holds an MBA from Western Michigan University and a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
