Kyle Kober

Kyle Kober is currently the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Compliance at Stryker, overseeing technical accounting, internal controls, and financial compliance for the Joint Replacement and Trauma & Extremities Divisions. They partner with finance leaders to ensure compliance with US GAAP and assess new accounting guidance issued by the FASB. Previously, Kyle held various roles at Stryker, including Senior Manager of Finance and Manager of Technical Accounting & Compliance, and worked as Finance Manager at Cenveo, where they provided financial analyses and supported various operational initiatives. Kyle began their career as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, serving a diverse range of public and private clients. They hold a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Temple University.
