Leonardo Chaves

Leonardo Chaves is an experienced project leader currently serving as Associate Manager of PE at Stryker and working towards becoming Payments Manager. Their background includes expertise in Business Transformation, Data Analysis, and Process Optimization, with a strong foundation in Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt) and an Agile mindset. Chaves has previously held roles at Bridgestone, Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, and British American Tobacco, focusing on financial processes and operational excellence. They have also pursued multiple Master's degrees in Big Data & Analytics from various institutions, enhancing their skill set for continuous improvement and coaching.
