Mike Crowley

Mike Crowley serves as an Adjunct Professor at Cork University Business School since January 2022, focusing on the education of MBA and Masters Degree candidates. In addition, Mike holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Stryker since April 2021, overseeing HR functions for multiple manufacturing sites and the Global Surgical Instruments R&D Centre, and acting as a strategic HR business partner. Prior to this, Mike spent over two decades at Pfizer, where roles included HR Lead for Global Small Molecule Operations and HR Director for various manufacturing and commercial operations in Ireland. Earlier career experiences include positions at SIFCO Industries, Inc. as an Employee Relations Specialist and as a Recruitment Consultant at Harty Search & Selection. Mike possesses a strong educational background in Business Administration, HR, and Industrial Relations, with academic qualifications from University College Cork, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and University of Limerick.
