Teagan Murillo

Teagan Murillo, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and effectiveness. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness at Stryker since March 2024, Teagan previously held the role of US People Experience Leader at GE Healthcare from April 2022 to February 2024. Teagan's career at Stryker commenced in March 2011, progressing through various HR leadership positions, including Sr. Manager of HR Customer Experience and Manager of myHR, where key initiatives focused on employee experience and operational efficiency using Workday. Teagan's earlier positions include roles at MPI Research, American Greetings, and CORT/Instant Furniture Rental, showcasing expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. Teagan holds a BA in Communications from Western Michigan University.
