Vipin Kumar Jain

Vipin Kumar Jain is a seasoned professional in sourcing and supply chain management with extensive experience in the medical devices and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain for APAC NPD Programs at Stryker since October 2011, Vipin has successfully created a robust sourcing ecosystem and led initiatives for new product development across multiple regions. Prior to Stryker, Vipin held managerial roles at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, leading cross-functional teams and launching new vehicle models while achieving significant cost savings. Previous experiences at Tata Motors, Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd., and PSEG further enhanced Vipin's expertise in vendor development, procurement, and quality management in engineering operations. Vipin Kumar Jain holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
