Gillian M. currently serves as the General Manager at Sleepless since January 2023 and has held the position of Managing Director at Stryve since March 2021, where responsibilities also included the role of General Manager. Prior to this, Gillian worked as Sales Director for Meehan Family Food Group from September 2020 to March 2021 and as Managing Director at Scallan's Food Service from April 2018 to September 2020, catering to the hospitality sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Solutions Architect for vCloud.ie (now Stryve), IT Systems Operations Manager at Lidl Ireland, and Contract Lotus Notes Administrator at the Irish Prisons Service, among other roles. Gillian's educational background includes studies at Waterford Institute of Technology and Scoil Chonglais.
