Chris Clements

Chris Clements is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with significant expertise in business leadership and strategic transitions. As the Principal and Founder of CWC & Associates, LLC since March 2016, Chris provides consulting to companies and non-profits focused on growth and transitions toward significance, collaborating closely with the Halftime Institute. In addition, Chris serves as Managing Director at STS Capital Partners, guiding business owners through strategic exits, and co-founded Light Beer | Dark Money, a platform discussing politics and culture. With a diverse portfolio, Chris founded The Rise UP Foundation, is managing partner at DogStar Land Equity, LLC, and holds various leadership roles in organizations such as YPO and previous board positions at Boulder Crest Retreat and Forest Home. Chris holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Southern California and completed an Executive Education Program in Organizational Leadership at The Wharton School.
