Peter Kaju is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at STS Capital Partners, Peter has previously held positions as CEO and CFO at Carta Worldwide and CFO at DAC Group. As a co-founder and CFO of Certent DisclosureNet, Peter has demonstrated a commitment to enabling high-growth technology companies in the capacity of CFO and CEO. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto and has earned the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management's Institute of Corporate Directors.
