Jean-Benoit Dernoncourt is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Multi-Site Factory Director at STS Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jean-Benoit held various management positions at Faurecia from April 2015 to November 2020, including Plant Manager and Deputy Plant Manager. Earlier experience includes Industrial Manager for BU South Europe at Reydel Automotive and multiple roles in quality and production management across several plants. Jean-Benoit began a career in quality management at Lear Corporation and Faurecia. Jean-Benoit holds a DESS degree in Production Management from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
