Tracey Kugelard, SPHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director for Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at SunSource since November 1999. Previously, Tracey held the position of Human Resources Manager at SunSource and worked as the Feature Ad Coding Manager at efficient market services (ems) from December 1997 to October 1999. Earlier in the career, Tracey was the Team Relations Team Leader at Target from July 1994 to November 1997. Tracey holds a BS and BA in Business Administration and Spanish Language from Illinois Wesleyan University, where education was completed between 1990 and 1994.
