Stephen Bobos

Stephen Bobos is an experienced operations leader with a robust background spanning over two decades in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sts Packaging since January 2023, Stephen has previously held significant positions including Railroad Division General Manager at National Salvage & Service Corporation and Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations at MAGENTA LLC. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Novolex, Crown Holdings, Inc., United States Steel Corporation, and Valspar, starting from Production Manager and progressing to Operations Manager. Stephen began a military career as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army prior to pursuing a degree at Indiana University Bloomington from 1995 to 2000.
