Michael Kefi

Michael Kefi serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Stuart since July 2020, overseeing a legal team across multiple European countries with expertise in various legal areas including commercial and compliance. Kefi previously held general counsel positions at epicery and Pickup from October 2021 to March 2023 and July 2020 to March 2023, respectively. Prior to this, Kefi worked at Uber as Senior Counsel for EMEA, where responsibilities included managing antitrust and competition legal matters, and served in roles at Orange focusing on competition and regulatory law. Kefi's legal career also includes experiences at DGCCRF, Hokkaido University, and PROPARCO, with a strong foundation in competition law backed by a PhD in the same field from Paris-Sud University.
