Cathleen Green

Cathleen Green, Esq. currently serves as Senior Counsel at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP since June 2023, after previously holding the position of Associate at DLA Piper from September 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included media, entertainment finance, and transactions. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Eisner, LLP from August 2018 to September 2021 and Crowell & Moring LLP from May 2017 to July 2018, as well as Corporate Counsel at Onestop Internet from January 2016 to May 2017, where complex e-commerce service agreements and technology transactions were negotiated. Earlier, Cathleen Green acted as Corporate Counsel for U.S. and Latin America at GDC Technology Limited from June 2012 to June 2014, conducting negotiations for significant international agreements and due diligence compliance on a major deal. Cathleen Green holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
