Michael Bernet

Michael Bernet currently serves as Senior Counsel at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP since January 2022, specializing in Intellectual Property and General Civil Litigation. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as an Associate and Law Clerk at Brutzkus Gubner from May 2014 to December 2021, focusing on similar areas of law. Michael gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable André Birotte Jr. at the United States District Court for the Central District of California in early 2015 and also worked as a Law Clerk in white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation at Bird, Marella, Boxer, Wolpert, Nessim, Drooks, Lincenberg & Rhow, P.C. in the summer of 2013. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.
