Michael Sherman

Michael Sherman is a Partner and the Chair of the Business Litigation Group at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, where employment has continued since March 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Bingham McCutchen from April 2007 to February 2014 and at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP from September 1980 until 2007. Michael Sherman has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers from 2007 to 2014, named a Super Lawyer in Southern California from 2004 to 2013, and featured in the Daily Journal's Top Defense Verdicts and Top 100 Lawyers of 2009. Michael Sherman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
