Nick Alaniz

Nick Alaniz is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and revenue operations with extensive experience in optimizing processes and providing actionable insights. Currently serving as the Director of GCS Business Intelligence at StubHub since April 2023, Nick previously held multiple leadership roles at ZipRecruiter from August 2015 to April 2023, culminating as Director of Revenue Operations. Nick demonstrated expertise in SQL and Excel to deliver business insights, driving savings of over $3 million annually through process optimization in the Customer Success department. Additionally, as the first Reporting Coordinator, Nick established foundational reporting systems that supported significant team growth.
