Abayomi Onasanya

Abayomi Onasanya has been working in the corporate sector since 2004. Abayomi began their career as a Client Executive at Avaya UK, where they were responsible for managing the relationship with a large client in the EMEA region and delivering against an average annual target of over $15M in the region. In 2006, they became the Managing Director of Verity Contact Centre, responsible for day to day management of the multi-channel contact centre based in Lagos State, Nigeria. In 2009, they founded and became the CEO of Aviva Properties, an affordable housing developer. Abayomi oversaw a team focussed on the greenfield developments of primarily residential housing targeted towards young professionals and completed over $32m in gross development value and development and sale of 189 residential units. In 2013, they became a Director at Coastal Hire Nigeria Limited. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Student Accommod8, a leading developer and operator of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Nigeria. Abayomi provided clean, decent and affordable housing to all students and raised $8m.

Abayomi Onasanya obtained a BA in Business Administration from the University of East London between 1998 and 2002. In July 2004, they received a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
