Jaime González

Urban Green Director (national) at Student Conservation Association

Jaime González is a seasoned professional in conservation and environmental education, currently serving as the Community & Equitable Conservation Programs Director for The Nature Conservancy's Texas Chapter, as well as the Houston Healthy Cities Programs Director and the Houston Urban Conservation Programs Director. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the North American Association for Environmental Education, Jaime co-founded the Coastal Prairie Partnership and has held multiple educational positions across several institutions. An accomplished speaker and educator, Jaime has delivered keynote addresses at key environmental conferences and contributed content on conservation issues to CityCast Media. Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, along with multiple certificates related to climate change, environmental communication, and public health.
