Jim Hohorst

Jim is a Managing Partner and the CTO of Student Employment Software. He is also the current Chairman of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and owner of Hohorst.net, financial technology and consulting company. Jim is an experienced programmer and process engineer and has built web-based software applications for multiple businesses and non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and enjoyed a 25 year career in banking running global FX and Options trading at firms such as Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Manufacturers Hanover, First Chicago, and American Express. After retiring from banking in 2001, he started his technology consulting and software company; served as Chairman of Quodd Financial Services, an internet market data company; and since 2008 has been working with Student Employment Software to bring 21st-century technology to schools, youth organizations and municipalities and state agencies.
