Stephanie Lin

Stephanie Lin, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with a focus on data analytics and investment strategy. Currently serving as Head of Data at Student Homes Management since August 2023, Stephanie previously held the position of Associate Director at JLL, where responsibilities included asset repositioning and underwriting investment opportunities. Prior experience at M&G Real Estate involved managing research for the retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors, as well as developing analytical tools and predictive models. Stephanie's earlier roles at M&G Investments included strategic finance analysis and investor relations for various funds. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Imperial College London, data science training from General Assembly, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL.
