Marissa Hatten

Marissa Hatten is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in individual giving and donor development. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Individual Giving at the Student Leadership Network since January 2023, Marissa previously held significant roles at Color Of Change, where as Deputy Director and Senior Manager of Individual Giving, strategies were developed that raised over $43M annually. Marissa has also worked with the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice, leading individual giving strategies, and at Henry Street Settlement, focusing on donor marketing and outreach initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Brooklyn Kindergarten Society, Scenarios USA, Ford Foundation, and Ramapo College of New Jersey, where Marissa developed skills in data management, communications, and community outreach. Marissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish Language Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
