Shannon Failla (She/Her)

Shannon Failla has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Shannon has served as the Vice President of Culture and Support at Student Quarters since April 2021. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of SFive Consulting from March 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, Shannon held multiple roles at Cardinal Group Management, including Director of Operations Support, Director of Training and Transitions, Group Operations Manager, Operations Analyst, National Sales and Training Manager, and Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2020. Shannon also worked at Trinitas, where they were a Project Manager, Leasing and Marketing Manager, and Leasing Consultant between 2010 and 2013.

Shannon Failla obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
