Bryony Flint

Bryony Flint is an experienced HR leader currently serving as People Director at Student Roost since February 2024. Prior to this role, Flint held the position of Interim Human Resources Director at HealthTrust Europe LLP for a brief period in late 2023, and Chief People Officer at both SCC and Kingfisher Insurance from April 2022 to March 2023 and December 2019 to March 2022, respectively. Flint's career includes significant roles such as Head of HR at extraenergy and Ocado, where contributions included shaping HR strategy to create an engaged workforce. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at HMV Group and HR Manager at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Flint’s academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law from the University of Surrey, an MA in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, and a BA in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham.
