Shane Sorour

Shane Sorour currently serves as the Director of Repairs at Peabody, leading the strategic and operational management of repairs services for over 100,000 housing and community properties since February 2017. With a strong background in property management and service delivery, Shane has held various leadership roles, including Director of Property Management and Director of Service Delivery, overseeing major repairs, passive fire protection installations, and an annual budget in excess of £120 million. Prior experience includes roles at Family Mosaic and the London Borough of Camden, where responsibilities included managing large-scale investment programs, procurement strategies, and enhancing service delivery processes. Shane is committed to fostering collaborative relationships and driving productivity improvements within property services. Education includes qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Management Institute.
