Ariana Luquin Sanchez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, project coordination, and public relations within the tourism sector. Currently serving as Studio Manager at Studio Alliance since June 2023, Ariana previously held the position of Project Team Coordinator at Lehman Smith McLeish from February 2020 to May 2023. Notably, during tenure as Deputy Manager Program and Public Relations at the UNWTO Regional Support Office for Asia and the Pacific from June 2016 to June 2019, Ariana fostered partnerships with key international organizations and conducted high-level presentations on vital tourism topics. Earlier experience includes roles at Visit Santa Barbara, The George Washington University, National Geographic Society, and SBBCollege. Ariana holds a Master's degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from California State University Channel Islands.

In 2023, we embarked on a new chapter and adopted a new name – Studio Alliance – to continue our work as change agents and design innovators for our passionate clients. True to the name “Alliance,” our goal is to foster authentic partnerships with our clients, using deliberate design as a tool to drive their mission. Our clients are our purpose, and nothing excites us more than seeing our work as a change agent for their visions. The firm is led by Principal and Creative Director Sherry Banaei with support from Associate Principals, Lauren Caraccio, Tom Mazcko, and Greg Weber. We approach design with an unquenched curiosity. For our dynamic firm, there is no project too big, too fast, or too complex. With our talented principals engaged in every phase of the process, we rely on a personalized approach to tailor our designs to our clients’ needs. Inspired by our clients and their visions, we use introspection to elevate their experiences with a flexible approach tailored to their identity.
