Erika Small

Erika Small's work experience includes holding various roles in different companies. Erika started their career in 2006 as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Elon University, conducting research on the impact of microfinance on child health outcomes in Indonesia. Erika also worked as an Economics Research Assistant, studying the relationship between active transport, public transportation, and obesity in metropolitan areas of the United States.

In 2010, Erika worked as a Decision Analytics Modeling Intern at IXI Corporation before joining Vanderbilt University as a Teaching Assistant.
