Hailey A. Thomas has been working in Human Resources since 2015. Hailey A. began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Docutech, where they also served as a Recruiter. In 2020, they moved to Woodgrain Millwork as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2021, they began working at Wodify as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are employed at Studio Designer as an HR Business Partner. Prior to their Human Resources experience, they were a Public Relations Intern at Hansen Group Company, Inc. from 2015-2016 and a Sales Associate at Banana Republic Factory Store from 2013-2014. Additionally, they were an Office Assistant and Teacher's Assistant at BYU-Idaho from 2014-2015.

Hailey A. Thomas obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2016. In February 2019, they obtained their Supervisor Workplace Drug & Alcohol Awareness certification from Minert & Associates, Inc. In March 2020, they obtained their Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI.
