With extensive experience as a Product Manager at CreITive, she managed digital products and led custom software development projects for various industries and multinational companies. Her expertise also extends to Agile Project Management and Head of Digital Marketing roles, contributing to the success of over 100 digital campaigns across different regions. Kristina holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurial Management of SMEs and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Belgrade.
