Previously, Deric held various roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment from September 2006 to December 2020, culminating in a Vice President Sales position, where key achievements included receiving the 2019 Visionary Leadership Award. Deric's earlier career includes significant contributions at CROSSMARK, where numerous awards were received including the President's Leadership Award in 2004. Deric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Hardin-Simmons University.
