Claire Cahan (she/her) is a Principal in the Chicago office and Studio Gang's Chief People Officer. She develops and oversees strategic initiatives that enrich the Studio’s shared culture and support the continued growth of all members of the Studio. As leader of the People Team, she curates the studio’s four office environments, designs systems that enable studio members to engage with work and each other across every project and office, and develops educational, cultural, and mentorship programs that strengthen the values, knowledge, and skill set of the Studio.
