Ethan McCaughey

Ethan McCaughey is a Senior Technical Artist at Studio Wildcard, with a focus on solving technical art challenges and enhancing pipeline documentation since April 2018. Previously, Ethan served as a Senior Technical Artist and Senior Animator at Nerve Software from July 2007 to November 2017, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining scripts and tools for animation and rigging in Maya and 3ds Max. Ethan's career began at Ritual Entertainment as an Art Lead/Animator from February 2004 to February 2007, overseeing animation across multiple AAA titles and creating rig standards. Roles at MumboJumbo and Red Eye Studios involved similar animation and rigging responsibilities. Ethan holds a degree in Film & Animation with a focus on Animation and Computer Graphics from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2001.
