Marnique is wide open to new possibilities and perspectives. She sees every new project as the start of an exciting journey that could go in any direction—with preconceived notions left far behind. As a listener and collaborator, Marnique has mastered the art of balancing opposing viewpoints to create a design that represents many different voices. From public parks as the heart of communities to office interiors that inspire great work, Marnique aims for solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but make people feel good and welcome.

With over 20 years of experience at STUDIOS Architecture, Marnique is highly valued for her leadership on complex projects that involve large teams, numerous stakeholders, and significant agency involvement. Marnique’s work spans many types and scales, including workplace, multifamily residential, retail and hospitality, and civic and institutional. Serving as Chair of the District’s Historic Preservation Review Board, she brings unique insight into entitlement processes and has proven experience with community engagement.
