Carolin Schlegtendal

Carolin Schlegtendal serves as the Head of Human Relationships at Studiosus Reisen München since March 2024. Prior to this role, Carolin held multiple positions at PAYBACK from 2018 to November 2023, including HR Director and Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Communications, as well as Head of Inclusion & Diversity from January 2020 to September 2023. Carolin's career also includes significant experience at Loyalty Partner GmbH, part of the American Express Group, where roles spanned from Lead of HR Marketing & Recruiting to Senior HR Manager. Previous positions at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland and Delta Management Consulting GmbH provided foundational HR experience. Carolin completed a Diplom in Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München between 1995 and 2001.
