Quincy Jackson

Quincy Jackson, MBA, ITM, currently serves as an Application Specialist in technical support at Core Sound Imaging, where responsibilities include monitoring support channels and assisting clients with Studycast and related software. Prior to this role, Quincy worked as a Network Field Engineer at ITG Holding, focusing on installations and troubleshooting of network equipment, and as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, managing appointments and dental readiness. Quincy also gained experience as a Call Center Supervisor at CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, overseeing enrollment in Medicare Part D and educating clients on prescription drug coverage. Quincy holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and two Bachelor's degrees in Biology from the University of South Carolina.
