Sheilah Rodriguez has had extensive work experience in the customer service field. Sheilah started their career at Sprint in 2004, where they worked as a Customer Care Specialist in the ECARE department. Sheilah then moved on to become a Customer Care Specialist in Tier II, providing support for more complex customer inquiries. Sheilah later transitioned to a role as an Escalation Desk Supervisor for Sprint together with Nextel, where they handled escalated customer issues. Sheilah then took on the role of Assistant Team Lead and eventually became a Team Leader for Sprint together with Nextel, responsible for managing and motivating a team of up to 20 employees. Sheilah's career path continued at Convergys, where they were a Team Leader for DIRECTV, overseeing a team and implementing various programs. Their most recent role was at StudyKIK, where they served as a Project Coordinator and QA Head. Throughout their career, Sheilah has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Sheilah Rodriguez attended the University of Santo Tomas from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained an EFSET English Certificate 77/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) institution.
