Tero Hiltunen

Tero Hiltunen is a Senior Specialist at STUK - Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing requirement management practices and serving as the technical owner of the RM tool, Polarion ALM. From June 2012 to August 2013, Tero balanced the role of stay-at-home dad while studying business administration and economics at the University of Tampere. Prior experience at Nokia spanned from January 1995 to May 2012, with Tero holding various roles including Senior Specialist in Requirement Management, Manager in multiple capacities focusing on operational development and global operations, and Project Manager for software projects. Tero holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and additional education from the University of Tampere.
