Angelena Shasteen

Angelena Shasteen possesses extensive experience in customer experience training and management, currently serving as a Territory Manager at Stuller, Inc. since May 2022. Prior roles at Brilliant Earth included Customer Experience Training Manager, where responsibilities encompassed creating and leading training programs focused on gemstone knowledge and sales strategies. Earlier positions involved generating sales and resolving customer issues as a Customer Experience Associate in a top-performing showroom. Angelena has also contributed as a Freelance Copywriter and Content Strategist for Adorn512, a Fashion Product Copywriter for Luxury Garage Sale, and served in various roles in the hospitality and mental health sectors. Angelena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, English, and Women's Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
