Taylor Burgess

Chief Customer Officer at Stuller, Inc.

Taylor came to Stuller in 2013, starting in Fine Jewelry and Bridal Merchandising and eventually being promoted to her current position: senior vice president of customer experience. In this role, Taylor leads Stuller’s customer experience team in building lasting relationships with Stuller customers. The team’s goals are to increase customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional experiences as well as to match customers to products and services that help them grow their business and thrive within the jewelry industry.

She attended the Art Institute for Fashion Design in Dallas and worked for 12 years in the world of retail and retail merchandising. Taylor returned home to Lafayette in 2013 to work for Stuller and raise her family in the South.

When Taylor isn’t working, she soaks up as much time as she can with her two young boys — whether that involves watching football, racing toy cars, or building with legos.
