I work in the hospitality sector for 12 years. I started from the bottom and made my way up to the position of a General Manager. At that point, I had to decide what my next step would be. I didn't aspire to become an Area Manager or go any further than that. Instead, I focused on people, training, coaching and self-development. Oh, I almost forgot...
