Wayne Gietz

Wayne Gietz has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Wayne is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Prior to this role, they served as the President of NorthBay Healthcare Group, where they led strategic objectives and provided strategic leadership to all hospital and ambulatory division activities. Wayne also held the position of Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at NorthBay Healthcare, where they focused on patient-centered care and oversaw practice operations and management activities. Gietz has also worked as a Senior Associate Executive Director at NYC Health & Hospitals Woodhull Medical Center and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, School of Public Health. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center and Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where they directed outpatient services and implemented initiatives to enhance community-based care.

Wayne Gietz holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University. Wayne also completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at the same institution.
