Jonathan Chenard's work experience begins in 1995 when they joined The MathWorks, Inc. as an International Systems Analyst. Jonathan was responsible for various operational projects that increased revenue and supported global distributors and re-sellers. In 1999, they moved on to Marketsoft, where they served as a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant, providing client-facing implementation resources. Jonathan was later promoted three times during their 5+ year tenure. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Client Services at Gravity Technologies, Inc., overseeing businesses in the talent acquisition industry. Jonathan helped the company achieve recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Bay Area. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Newton Software as the Vice President of Implementation & Customer Success, where they were responsible for managing implementation, customer success, and support teams. Jonathan then joined Paycor in 2015, initially through the successful acquisition of Newton Software, and held various roles, including Vice President/Senior Director of Client Services. In this position, they managed implementation, customer success, and support for multiple platforms. In 2020, they became an Advisor at Sturdy, an intelligence solution company, where they worked until 2022. Finally, in 2023, they took on the role of Chief Customer Officer - CXO at Sturdy, where they utilize natural language processing, machine learning, and automation to improve products and customer relationships.

Jonathan Chenard attended Manhattanville College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Economics. In 1994, they also took some courses at the University of Galway, specializing in Politics.
