David Brown

David Brown has extensive work experience in information technology and systems. David began their career in 2010 at Brown Air LLC, where they held various roles as IT/WebDesign/Technician/Machinist until 2015. David then joined Sturgis Hospital in 2015 as an I.S. Support Technician and later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Nishakawa Cooper LLC as a Network Engineer. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Information Systems at Sturgis Hospital since 2023.

David Brown earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from Western Michigan University, attending from 2005 to 2007. In terms of certifications, David obtained the Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP-S) certification from Cisco in September 2022 and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) certification in February 2019. David also holds certifications in Understanding Cisco Network Security and Understanding of Cisco Network Devices from Cisco.
