Lucho Soto

Lucho Soto has extensive experience in financial advisory, analysis, and management. Lucho founded Pacific Coast Alliance Corp. in 2007, where they served as the CEO and provided financial advice and analysis. Lucho later worked as a Business Financial & Tax Advisor at Lost Surfboards, helping to rebuild the accounting department and improve profitability. Lucho also worked at Stussy, Inc. as an External CFO and Controller, focusing on cash flow management and sustainable growth. Lucho held similar roles at Anti Social Social Club and Undefeated Inc., where they worked on mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and cash flow projections. Additionally, they served as General Accounting Manager at Undefeated Inc. and Business Accountant at Southcone Trading Company. Lucho's early experience includes working as an Assistant Financial Manager at Serguros El Sol, where they analyzed stock investments and confirmed transactions.

Lucho Soto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad de Lima, where they studied from 1979 to 1985. In 1987, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at Universidad ESAN. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained the Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP) certification from the California Tax Education Council.
