Dominik Tumminaro

Dominik Tumminaro has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Dominik is currently a Co-Founder of BHS Immobilienagentur GmbH, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded stuub, a sustainable lodging business, in January 2020.

Earlier in their career, Tumminaro worked for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they held the role of Director of Real Estate & Development for Africa from September 2018 to September 2020. Before that, they served as Manager of Feasibility & Development Finance for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from April 2016 to August 2018. Their responsibilities at Hyatt included underwriting analysis, due diligence, and presenting brand pitches to senior executives.

Tumminaro also gained experience at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group as an Analyst in Valuations & Transactions from October 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they performed valuations, conducted feasibility studies, and generated market research for hotels and resorts in Italy.

Dominik Tumminaro obtained their Highschool Diploma in Engineering and Management from Richard-Fehrenbach-Gewerbeschule Freiburg in the years 2008 to 2011. Dominik then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Hospitality Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences, completing it from 2011 to 2014. In the same period, they also attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Hospitality Management. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, they completed a certificate program in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. Later in 2017, they took a Preparation course for CFA at CfBS - Center for Business Studies, focusing on Finance, General.
