Laura Lussier

Laura Lussier serves as the Human Resources Manager at Stûv America inc. since April 2022, previously holding the role of Human Resources Advisor. Prior to this position, Laura worked as the Operations and Communications Coordinator at Appalachian Flooring, where responsibilities encompassed payroll for over 135 employees, recruitment, onboarding, formal communications, policy development, and project management across various departments. Laura has also held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Appalachian Flooring, focusing on B2B and B2C marketing strategies, social media management, and product launches. Earlier experience includes serving as the Code Mobile Education Lead for Canada Learning Code, delivering technology and coding workshops. Laura holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Organizational Development from Université Laval and additional Master’s degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies from The Philipp University of Marburg and University of Kent, alongside a Bachelor’s in Political Science from McGill University.
