Elizabeth Justison

Elizabeth Justison, PE, PMP, currently serves as President of West Transportation at STV since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Supervising Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and Senior Vice President, Transportation Lead for Northern California at WSP USA from December 2016 to May 2023. Elizabeth also held the position of Sr. Supervising Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from December 2011 to May 2023 and worked as a Senior Engineer at ICX Transportation from July 2006 to November 2011. Earlier in the career, Elizabeth was a Project Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1998 to 2006. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Lafayette College, earned between 1994 and 1998, and graduated from Bishop O'Dowd High School in 1994.
