Gus Maimis

Gus Maimis, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Vice President at STV since April 2021 and is a Visiting Professor at Pratt Institute since August 2013. Maimis held an Adjunct Faculty position at Stevens Institute of Technology from January 2021 to May 2021 and at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate from March 1996 to August 2012. Previously, Maimis was Executive Vice President at Lehrer Cumming from July 2018 to March 2021, and held various roles at STV Construction from September 2008 to May 2018, including Senior Vice President and Project Executive for the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. From April 2007 to June 2008, Maimis served as Vice President at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, and from 1997 to 2007, was President of MKG Construction & Consulting, Inc. Maimis holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering (1980-1983).
