Guy Peters PE, CFM serves as the Engineering Director and Hydro Group Leader at STV since July 2010, overseeing technical design staff, managing client relationships, and driving business development. Responsibilities include the design and analysis of storm water conveyance systems, floodplain modeling, and documentation for floodplain revisions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at ESP Associates, PA, focusing on floodplain mapping projects from January 2001 to May 2010, and as a Maintenance Team Leader for the City of Charlotte, where project management involved storm drain infrastructure repairs. Earlier, Guy was a Senior Staff Engineer at S&ME, Inc., responsible for inspection and testing of various foundation systems and construction materials. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, awarded in 1981.
