Matthew Sangen

Matthew Sangen, PE, SE, is a Senior Associate and Structural Engineer at STV, with extensive experience in developing construction documents for steel, concrete, and masonry structures from schematic design through the bid phase. At STV since February 2014, Matthew is skilled in analyzing and designing new buildings, renovations, and structural repairs, ensuring compliance with various client and agency standards, including those of the Port Authority of NY & NJ and MTA/NYCT. Additionally, Matthew has been involved in complex flood recovery and resilience projects and serves as the design engineer for the new Newark Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University.
